The Multi-Unit Development Act 2011
This Act, commonly referred to as, “The MUD Act” was commenced by Ministerial Order on the 1st April 2011 and was enacted in order to address many short-comings of the common legal structures used in Multi Unit Developments, to provide a statutory framework to regulate the operation of Management Companies and to provide effective redress where difficulties arise.
