We have acted for Corporate Landlords and Corporate Tenants in negotiating the terms and conditions of Letting Agreements for them whether it be Short Term Lettings or Long-Term Full Repairing and Insuring Leases. The entering into a Contract of Tenancy by either the Landlord or the Tenant is very detailed and can be a complicated process that requires full investigation into the Title of the premises, the Terms and Conditions of the Lease, Tax implications and advising all parties clearly in relation to the covenants and conditions of the Lease, their duties, and obligations in relation to the performance of the terms and conditions of the Lease. We have also advised Landlords and Tenants in relation to issues arising when one party or the other has failed to comply with the covenants and conditions of the Lease which can unfortunately result in Litigation. It is imperative that full Legal Advice is obtained by either Landlord or Tenant prior to entering into a Letting of a premises.
